Shenzhen, China¨C18 January, 2010 ¨CDa Chan Bay Terminal One (DCB), the newest and first-class container terminal facility in West Shenzhen, is ready to welcome a new string of Hapag-Lloyd service, Pacific Atlantic Express (PAX, East bound/West bound), in mid January.

PAX is the first string of service deployed by Hapag-Lloyd at Da Chan Bay Terminal One, marking a good start of the partnership between Hapag-Lloyd and DCB.

Mr. Thomas Mandelkau, Managing Director of Hapag-Lloyd (China) Ltd. commented: ¡°With our commitment to continuously improving our services for our customers in South China, Hapag-Lloyd adds an additional call in South China beginning on 22 January, 2010 at Da Chan Bay Terminal One.

As the last port of call in South China, DCB will offer our customers an improved transit time to North America and to the Caribbean.

Due to DCB¡¯s convenient location in South China, our PAX customers can deliver their containers from West Pearl River Delta (PRD) to the terminal by a well developed barge network. ¡±

Mr. Andrew Milliken, Chief Executive of Da Chan Bay Terminal One, said: ¡°We are delighted to see more liner services coming to the terminal and the continued expansion of business in South China.  We are glad the market recognizes the value propositions of DCB. Delivery by barge from West PRD to DCB will result in lower carbon emission and lower logistics cost.

Similarly, our proximity to manufacturing areas in PRD and the presence of excellent network of highways provides efficient trucking solutions for exporters and importers using DCB.

Besides, DCB¡¯s deployment of energy efficient equipment has made it an environmentally friendly solution for cargo flow in and out of South China.

The Customer Experience we provide to Hapag-Lloyd and its customers will reinforce their confidence in DCB and the prospects of positive market developments in South China.¡±

Hapag-Lloyd ¡®s PAX service provides weekly calls at Da Chan Bay Terminal One on every Saturday, deploying 13 container vessels with an average capacity of around 4,600 TEUs. The service follows a port rotation of
