Security is a top priority at Da Chan Bay Terminal One. By cooperating closely with local and international authorities and by deploying the most-advanced and stringent security equipment and systems, the Terminal ensures that its security levels exceed the requirements of the International Maritime Organization's International Ship and Port Security (ISPS) Code and other international security guidelines.

A container-scanning system to scan the profile of every container passing through the Terminal and record the trucker's identification, without interfering with the facility's operational efficiency; |

A closed-circuit television (CCTV) system to enable staff to monitor and manage traffic conditions within the Terminal; and |

The automated and integrated Port Community Card (PCC) system used by all Shenzhen terminals. This allows terminals to monitor the time when tractors enter and exit them, as well as other relevant information. |
